Van and Bus drivers must have a clean driving record. Bus drivers need to have Class C drivers license. Position starts in January.

Little Ski Hill is hiring an Assistant Lodge Manager!

Payette Lakes Ski Club is seeking a full-time, seasonal Lodge Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations of our lodge, kitchen and service counter at Little Ski Hill in McCall, Idaho. This position is a year-round role, with work periods varying throughout the year.


Qualifications:

-Prior restaurant experience.
-Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Leadership Skills *Management or Supervisory experience a plus.
Responsibilities:-Assist in daily operations, including food service and guest services.
-Help maintain cleanliness, safety and efficiency throughout the lodge.
-Step in as shift lead when required.
-Support kitchen and front counter staff.

Pay: Depending on Experience

Want to become a Ski or Snowboard Instructor?

Please fill out the forms below to become a ski or snowboard instructor at Little Ski Hill. Each year, Little Ski Hill hires around 50 instructors. Youth Instructors are asked to volunteer the first year as they learn the ropes, and then get paid as they move into lead instructor roles the following year.

Instructor Training

  • Instructor CPR/First-Aid Training:
    First Option- November 18th or 19th, 2025
    Second Option- December 15th and 16th, 2025
  • LSH on-snow Training: 
    Monday, January 5th 2026 – Thursday January 8th, 2026
    3:30 – 5:00pm at Little Ski Hill

*All instructors are expected to attend every training session. Current CPR/First-Aid Certification is required to be an instructor. 

ASP Volunteer Orientation and Open House

This is a great time to meet instructors. Find lockers, show your kids where the bathrooms and kitchen front counter are. Put money on an account to use at the kitchen, or get any gear that you may need to borrow and just check out the lodge at Little Ski Hill.
