The run will consist of 3 distances, 30k, 10k, and 5K. The 30k is the full round-the-lake run. This run will start at 8 am with runners leaving E. Lake Street above Browns Park and entering the highway at Hotel McCall intersection. We would like to request brief traffic control at this location for the few minutes it takes all runners to proceed through the intersection. Once on W. Lake Street, runners continue on to Warren Wagon Road, turning on to East Side Drive at the North end of the lake. Runners follow E. Side Drive on to Lick Creek Road. At the intersection of Lick Creek Road and Davis, runners will transition to Ruby Street, McCall Ave., then to E. Lake Street on to the finish back at Brown’s Park. The 10K run will depart from near North Beach and run on East Lake Road to Lick Creek Road, following the second half of the 30K course. on E. Lake Street, north past the marina to McCall Ave. and Ruby. Runners will then cross Davis and continue on Lick Creek Road until the intersection with East Side Drive. At this point runners will turn around and follow the same route back to the finish.***Registrations made past August 15th will not be guaranteed a run shirt due to limited quantities and turnaround time.
