This past Saturday PLSC held a community volunteer day in preparation of our upcoming winter season. Our volunteers and employees split time between Little Ski Hill and Bear Basin. We are incredibly grateful for the crowd that showed up. The willingness to give your time, energy, and individual talents was an immense help. With everyone’s helping hand, we tackled brush clearing, painting projects, sprucing up our lodge facility, and masking our new shuttle vehicles for our After School Program.
Central Idaho Mountain Bike Association graciously donated a marvelous trailer full of trail tools for us to use for the day.
Payette Lakes Ski Patrol, associates from Brundage Mountain Resort, associates from Tamarack Resort, and friends and families from our local area and surrounding areas came out in full force.
The support behind this past weekend and hard work that went into our facilities helps a great deal in allowing us to continue fulfilling our mission and serving our community.
Thank you everyone!! 🙏❤️
We will be hosting another Volunteer Day in November before the snow really starts to fly. Stay tuned for dates and details.
